Webforward are a team of passionate website designers and developers. Due to recent growth, we are seeking a like-minded PHP Web Developer to join our team full-time based in our Tamworth town centre office.
Your role will be to work as part of a team and sometimes solely on your own to develop websites and bespoke platforms from a design. The majority of our projects are written from scratch but from time to time you may work with off-the-shelf platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, OpenCart and Magento.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of PHP development (PHP 5.4+)
- Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
- Knowledge of Composer and Bower
- Knowledge of Mac and Linux Command line
- 3+ years MySQL 5.1+ SQL database experience
- Proficient in MySQL / SQL and a solid understanding of relational database, schema creation and query performance
- Version Control such as SVN and GIT
